At Rich Doll Era, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on eligible items that are 100% unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original condition.

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs once purchased.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
