How It Works:

1. Purchase your wig restoration service.
2. Ship your wig (+Frontal if included) to Rich Doll Era. (Address Below)

4. We will inspect, clean, restore, and refresh your wig.
5. Your restored wig will be shipped back to you. Make sure the address you use can be used to return your wig.
   

Important:
• Customer is responsible for shipping the wig to Rich Doll Era.
• Frontal replacement requires an additional service fee.
• Customers may provide their own frontal or purchase one separately.
• Turnaround times vary based on the condition of the wig.
• Wig restoration services are intended to improve the appearance and wearability of your wig but do not guarantee that all damage can be reversed.
• If the lace is excessively damaged, torn, or worn, it may be trimmed back or may require frontal replacement.
• If a wig is determined to be beyond restoration or cannot be serviced, it will be returned to the customer and a partial refund may be issued after inspection.
